Ability Database Rebalancing
Mainly Spell Concepts being buffed and some fixes to remnants of changes that didn't go through but were supposed to.
- Light Mastery (White) - Sig and Tier 1 buffed to Close range
- Keyword Mastery: Red - Tier 1 Buffed to Nearby range
- Soothing Bloom (Green) - T1 to T3 buffed to not have a turn limit, and now Regen for 2, 3, and 4 HP respectively.
- Mender's Gift (White) - Sig changed to also grant Forward to Heals received; T1 buffed to Nearby range.
Note for the future: More Skills coming, as well as potential
