Ability Database Balance Changes

Just some tweaks and a rework for the Spell Concepts tab of the Ability Database.

• Light Mastery(White) Signature given damage and Tier 1 damage increased
• Synapse(Blue) Tier 1 and 2 Mind Token Spending Increased (lets you spend 1 more Mind Token)
• Damnation(Black) 3rd Tier damage increased to 3d10
• Chain Lightning(Red) Signature changed to only deal 1d4 damage but can now hit two targets.
• Plummet(Green) reworked
• Relic Crush(Green), Confiscation(White), Demystify(White) and Shatter(Red) Tier 2 Damage increased to 3d10
